Privacy policy
What we collect
When you use a form or the Vida assistant we collect what you choose to share: your name, email, phone, ZIP code, preferred language and the details of your request (for example the answers in the pre-qualification). We also collect basic technical data such as pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
To respond to your request, connect you with a licensed agent at Vida Homes and Investments / Samson Properties, and — when you ask about financing — with a licensed loan officer at Supreme Lending. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with the brokerage and lender involved in your request, and with service providers that host the site and store data for us (Vercel, Supabase) under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law.
The AI assistant
Messages you send to the Vida assistant are processed by an AI model provider to generate replies. Don’t share sensitive financial information such as Social Security or account numbers in the chat.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@vidahomes.co. Replying STOP to a text message opts you out of texts.
Retention and security
We keep request data only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.
